| Regional museum for city of Kermanshah (2001-2002) |

The original design of the museum was prepared in 1975-76, & the execution of the
existing unfinished concrete structure of this museum was done between 6 to 25 years
ago. The idea of this project was to reconsider the program & redesign the musuem
within the existing, very limiting structure, so demanded the new requirements of
the city & also their partner , to reduc the impact of the heavy, massive interior
& exterior design; so, another design objective had to be conceptualized and
implented according to the new obligations.
The new project has a total area of 6000 sq.M. With different spaces as the musuem galleries, exhibition areas, amphitheatre, educational classes & workshop, cafeterria, & related adminstrative & supportive space. |
