A 600 sq.M. Lot along a famous commercial blvd. Of the city of mashad was designated
for the head office project of saman bank, with a 5000 sq.M of built area in 8 floors
above the ground and 3 floors under gorund.
The first 3 floors with a long solid volume was designed to respond to the bank requirements, and 4 rental office floors with a transparent and light volume ,with one floor gap in between. The two main volumes were located on the top. The gap in between the two volumes is covered with a roof, where there is a coffee shop for the employees . A void stepping back in the interior floors of the bank , with a glass roof on its top , provides a natural and suny space inside the bank , in a deliberate contrast to its outside massive look. |
