Development plan for Ghal-e-morghi (1990-...)

Phase I : urban design and architecture for a 300 hec. Vacant land in the central, densely populated area of Tehran. This project includes a large regional park, 10000 housing units, hospital, university, office buildings, sport centers, and other necessary urban facilities. (1990 - 1991) Phase II : design of a part of highway network of Tehran incorporating in the master-plan, (first & second phase of highway network.) (1992-...)
