This project is a mixed-use block of a larger project of zakaria ii , in the south part of the city of mashad. The total area of the block is 12 hectars, with 3500 residents. The project consists of 5 residential blocks of 4 to 9 stories, and 1 residential tower of 18 stories. There are also 2 commercial-office towers of 20 stories, with the necessary facilities for the residents. The total residential space is 170,000 sqm. , and the commercial-office towers have 67,000 sqm. Space.
